Home One Month!

We have now been home with little Jian Lei for one month. And what a difference one month can make for all of us. DD # 1 came home exhausted, worried, and concerned about this new little being taking up so much attention. She went through a tough time but has come through a shining star as she always has done! She loves Jian Lei so much. She wants to feed her, dress her, bath her because she "wants to know how to take care of her." The other day, Jian Lei had her first boo boo, she fell and her bottom tooth went through her upper lip. As I was sitting on the floor with her just holding her, Shea went into protection mode and showed up with a wet wash cloth, an ice cube, and asked if she should get her a Popsicle :) All the things I have done for her with this time of boo boo. The level of concern and caring she showed her little sister just warmed my heart :) She is an amazing little lady!

In one month, Jian Lei has gone from being barley able to crawl five feet to the robo crawl, crawling up the stairs, and walking, Frankenstein Style :) She has picked up several new words....up, kitty, dog, mama, uh oh, turkey, and done. She is extremely active and busy. She keeps all of us on our toes at all times!

Four weeks ago we were all so sleep deprived it was hard to function. Today, we can't imagine life without this little baby girl. We have been blessed twice with these amazing little girls. They are truly two little miracles! How many people get to experience that in a lift time! We are so lucky!
